Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you sell
Generally, yes. Diabetic test strips, lancets, CGMs, and pump supplies are sold over the counter, so reselling unopened, unexpired boxes you legally own is permitted in most cases. The main exceptions: supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or another insurance assistance program can't be resold, and we can't accept items that are stolen, opened, or damaged.
We buy unopened, unexpired blood glucose test strips, CGMs (including Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre), insulin pump supplies (including Omnipod and Tandem), and lancets from major brands. See our full list of accepted brands.
Not necessarily. If you're within our roughly 50-mile Nashville service area, you can usually arrange a local drop-off or a free pickup instead. Prefer to mail your supplies, or live outside the local area? We'll cover shipping costs and send a prepaid label.
Most quote requests are answered within one business day of submission. If we need more detail (like a photo of the box), we'll reach out before finalizing your offer.
You choose: cash at local pickup, or payment by Zelle, Venmo, or check. We confirm payment once your items are received and verified.
Supplies must be factory-sealed and unopened, unexpired (or close to it), and free from damage such as water exposure, crushing, tears, or writing on the box.
No minimum, no maximum. Whether you have one box or a large quantity, submit a quote request and we'll make an offer.
No. Gamma Diabetic Supplies is an independently owned, Nashville-based business and is not affiliated with any other diabetic supply buying company.
That's completely fine. Requesting a quote is free and doesn't obligate you to sell. You can decline at any point before handing off your supplies.
