Eligibility to sell

By submitting a quote request or shipping supplies to Gamma Diabetic Supplies ("Gamma," "we," "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the legal owner of the supplies offered for sale, and that the supplies were not obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government or insurance assistance program.

Accepted condition

We only purchase diabetic supplies that are factory-sealed, unopened, unexpired (or within an acceptable window of their printed expiration date), and free from damage, tampering, or markings. We reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet these standards upon inspection, and to adjust or withdraw a quote if received items differ materially from what was described.

Quotes

Quotes provided through this website or by email are estimates based on the information you provide and are not final until we have received and inspected your items. Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to sell, and providing a quote does not obligate us to purchase items that do not match the description provided.

Payment

Payment method (cash at local pickup, Zelle, Venmo, or check) is arranged directly with you after your items are received and verified. Payment timing may vary based on the method selected and current volume.

Shipping

If you choose to ship your supplies rather than arrange local drop-off or pickup, we will provide shipping instructions or a prepaid label for approved quotes. You are responsible for packaging items securely until an alternate arrangement is confirmed with us in writing.
